Job Description:


This role involves managing a remote clinic and transportation of patients with the best clinical outcomes in accordance with qualifications, scope and authority to practice under the Wilson Medic One Clinical Governance and Medical oversight framework.

Perform daily clinic, ambulance and equipment checks in accordance with Wilson Medic One operating procedures as well as submit Patient Care Records (PCR) and medical records to the standards required.

Comply with clinical standards and practices prescribed by the Wilson Medic One Clinical Governance and Medical Oversight framework.

  • Management of triage and emergency first aid situations
  • Respond medical and rescue situations through demonstrated experience
  • Participate in Incident and Accident Investigations
  • Active participation in pre-start meetings
  • Office administration and Report writing
  • Perform on-site drug and alcohol screening
  • Work closely with Site health and safety team for all reported relevant injuries
  • participate in and support all and any occupational health and safety initiatives in accordance with any site specific tasks
  • Deliver specific health related training to on-site personnel
  • Proactive and customer orientated approach to service delivery
  • Excellent personal presentation


  • Certificate IV Healthcare or higher
  • Current C Class Drivers Licence 
  • Current First Aid Certificate 
  • Police Clearance (issued within the last 3 months)
  • Satisfactory level of fitness
  • Strong operational experience in medical and trauma situations
  • Demonstrated ability to plan emergency responses
  • Construction white card
  • Drug and Alcohol Testing qualification
  • Manual Drivers License
  • Remote Site Experience
  • Driving vehicles under operational conditions qualifications


  • Certificate IV Training and Assessing (TAE)
  • Certificate III Mine Emergency Response and Rescue
  • Working with Children Check
