An opportunity currently exists within Wilson Security for a Site Supervisor.  This role will be responsible for guiding a team of Security Officers with the day to day operation of the site, contributing to effective service delivery and compliance with client requirements.  The position of Site Supervisor is a key point of contact for clients and visitors to the site, and will provide visible leadership and customer service at the front line.

The position will involve:

  • Assisting with the day to day operations;
  • Assisting with rosters for a team of Security Officers;
  • Providing leadership and operational support to a team of security officers;
  • Assisting with service delivery and reporting.


The successful candidate for this position will possess the following experience and attributes:


  • Possession of a current ACT Security License (compulsory requirement);
  • Proven experience in the security industry as a Supervisor;
  • NV1 or Baseline clearance (compulsory requirement)
  • Experience in leading a team to achieve excellence in client relationships;
  • Ability to mentor and support site staff to achieve required performance levels;
  • A sound understanding of OHS issues and the ability to manage identified risks;
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels;
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, analyse and resolve operational issues;
  • Excellent time management skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task;
  • Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment;
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
