We currently have a number of Casual vacancies available for Customer Service Officers working at the Melbourne Airport and precinct. The role is suited to versatile applicants who demonstrate a high level of customer service and are capable of providing support to the Customer Service Team across our dynamic and expanding portfolio.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain entry booms and ticket machines

  • Ensure signage and site presentation standards are maintained

  • Report faults and defects appropriately

  • Generate and complete reports when required or as directed by Customer Service Manager

  • Assist in lost vehicles, car space management and general housekeeping

  • Ensuring the car park remains clean, safe and operates efficiently for customers

  • Perform preventative and reactive maintenance to car park systems

  • Ensure all car park services, guidelines and processes are adhered to

  • Ensuring that our high customer service standards are maintained



Our ideal applicants will have:

  • Previous customer service experience (ideally in retail, hospitality or other service industries)

  • A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and “can-do” attitude

  • Ability to handle/resolve basic issues appropriately prior to escalating to Customer Service Manager

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English

  • Excellent computer literacy

  • Immaculate personal presentation

  • Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
