Operating in a high-volume environment where no two days are the same, you will be the first point of contact for enquiries and issue resolution for NAB staff, customers, contractors and members of the public.  You will be self-motivated and professional, and committed to providing a high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Frontline customer service and support through timely and accurate response to all incoming calls
  • Responding to and de-escalating situations through critical thinking and sound judgement
  • Incident management
  • Risk identification and issue resolution
  • Providing accurate and relevant advice to queries, in line with defined processes
  • Monitoring alarm systems and CCTV footage
  • Managing communication through the SOC and escalating where necessary
  • Completing accurate incident reports
  • Logging all inbound and outbound calls
  • Data entry and general administration

In turn you will bring your passion for customer service, a calm and level head and ability to think outside the box in order to contribute to the overall success of our team.


To succeed in this role, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.  You will pride yourself on your customer service skills and excel when challenged by customer needs.

As a reliever, it is essential that you have the flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster.  You will also have:
